List taxes

Lists existing income-tax and Delaware franchise-tax filing records for the authenticated company. All filters are optional: call without filters to discover available records. Requires API access: Manage and Taxes: View. Staff-only questionnaires and other companies’ records are excluded. A missing record does not establish that no tax obligation exists.

One income record covers federal and its recorded state jurisdictions, with one shared filing workflow. Filtering by US-CA returns the income record that covers California; it does not manufacture an independent California filing status or tax amount. Jurisdictions are normalized to US / US-CA style codes. Unrecognized stored state names remain visible in unmapped_jurisdictions, rather than being assigned invented codes.

Records are ordered by creation time descending, then public ID descending. Continue with next_cursor as starting_after, retaining the same filters. The cursor must belong to the same filtered company collection. Defaults: limit 100, maximum 500. This GET never generates filing data, assigns IDs, or enqueues tax work. PDFs use signed download URLs valid for five minutes; retrieve the record again to refresh.
